Boss Rush

For this week's MLP: ATG, the theme was "Draw a pony fighting a villain or boss!" I picked the best bosses from one of the best SNES games ever. This music might get you in the mood for this picture: [link] The only reason I didn't choose Chrono Trigger bosses was because MRPG's Smithy Gang actually have a reason to gang up. Mario kicked they ass right out of the Mushroom Kingdom, so they've updated their tactics.

In the foreground we've got Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash vs the bulk of the Smithy Gang: Yaridovich, Boomer, Mack, and the five Axem Rangers. In the forest beyond, we have Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Geno fighting Bowyer, who's loosing arrows in support of his comrades. In the skies above besieged Canterlot, the Princesses of Equestria take the fight to Blade, the Axem Rangers' airship.
